Starting with a visit from John to my home to take preliminary measurements, followed by a delightful visit to his Avon office where I was aided professionally by him and his company members, Linda Brady and Carol Capirchio, in choosing the items for the renovation, communication was excellent from start to finish. In addition, the installation crew, supervised by Khamp Phimvongsa, was friendly, professional, respectful of my home as well as knowledgeable in their field of expertise. During the project John made a visit to ensure everything was running well according to our plan. We had a fantastic experience working with John on a new kitchen design. He called us almost immediately after our initial inquiry and setup an appointment at our house that same week. After talking through several (dozen) options and scenarios, we had a follow up appointment at his store in Avon, where he went through a floor plan / 3D model of what we had discussed.
